Mary Beth “MB” Senechal is your Registered and Certified Yoga Instructor offering Christ-Centered Yoga since 2010.

Students reap physical and spiritual benefits through Christ-Centered Yoga. They gain new strengths and awaken areas of their earthly vessel that may have been long forgotten. They find themselves making an amazing connection to Christ Jesus as they invite in His presence. Each student is able to see Him work in their lives from the inside out as they learn the following during the 60-minute classes:

Worshipful Stretches, Strengthening, and wonderful Poses set to Christian music.
